Built from scratch by our CEO, Gareth Mahon, our software system—called GEMS—consists of more than 600,000 lines of code. That’s the equivalent of a 10,000-page book!



But you don’t have to be a technology expert like Gareth to understand how it works. At its core, GEMS ensures information flows seamlessly between all of our departments. While other providers rely on large administrative teams to manually process tasks, reports, and invoices, we automate much of that work.

The CareSide’s digitalised approach significantly reduces administration costs, allowing us to provide you and your family with more hours of premium home care.

Our Care Managers use dashboards to track all the tasks for keeping clients safe and happy in their own homes. These dashboards monitor communications, requests, and action items, so no detail goes unnoticed.

We offer flexible services that can provide as much or as little care as you’d like, on any days and at any times you choose. You’ll learn all about pricing upfront, and you’ll never be burdened with a locked-in contract or hidden fees.

Start your services

We directly employ and train all of our caregivers—they are the best in the industry. You’ll have the same caregiver every visit and the power to choose precise times for your care, giving you and your family the freedom to plan your days confidently. 

Step 3

We’re always here for you

Your personal care team will include a dedicated Care Manager, available via their mobile phone and our online portal. Additionally, your Care Manager will check in every two weeks to ensure your care is meeting your expectations. All of our Care Managers are registered nurses, and many have advanced degrees and specialised healthcare licences, so you can feel confident that you’re in expert hands.
